As the heart of what we do, each team member is dedicated to making sure all participants are completely satisfied. Our team all bring something unique to the care that they provide. Cheryl is not only our founder but is an essential part of the support team. Cheryl has experience working with Adults and Children. Cheryl has personal lived experience with ASD.
Cheryl has over 10 years' experience working as a disability support worker, in peoples homes and in SIL houses. Cheryl also has experience with assisting people on my age care with in home supports. Cheryl has worked with people with many different disabilities, including but not limited to, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, autism & intellectual disabilities. Before entering the workforce as a Disability worker, Cheryl worked on Dairy farms for 20+years. Cheryl loves farm life and the fresh air. Cheryl loves Cows and all animals big and small. Cheryl has a few different pets at home.
Cheryl is a Wife, Mum and Grandma. Cheryl loves the outdoors, camping with her family, fishing, 4x4ing and swimming. Cheryl loves being out in the Mallee and near the river and beach. Spending time with family.
In her free time Cheryl is a wildlife carer and trainer for Save our wildlife foundation.
CRAIG
Mental Health mentor/ Team Leader
Craig holds:

Currently studying root cause therapy (Though Centre for healing).

Craig is a Husband, Dad and Grandfather. His passions include motorbikes, the river and the beach. Craig has been actively involved in the live music scene, playing in and fronting many bands over the years. Craig has a background in many industrial industries. Craig was involved in the transport industry for many years driving local and interstate heavy vehicles.

Sarah is a wife and mum and enjoys camping with her family. Sarah has some farming background. Sarah drove the community bus from the Coorong to Adelaide daily before having children. Sarah likes animals. Sarah has lived experience with Autism and type 1 diabetes. Sarah volunteers at the local gymnastics club and diabetes camp through Diabetes SA. Sarah is happy to assist all age clients.
